ALP Addicts is a field team of licensed benefits representatives. We sit down with
union members, veterans, and working families to review the coverage they already have — and
make sure the people who depend on them are actually taken care of.

What we do
Benefit reviews
We meet with families who have requested information about their benefits, walk through
what they currently carry, and explain it in plain language.
Working families
Our work comes through unions, associations, veterans groups, and referrals from the
families we have already sat with.
Follow-through
Coverage is only worth what it pays out. We stay reachable after the paperwork so
families know who to call.
Careers
We train people, not resumes.
Most of our team started with no insurance
background. If you are coachable and willing to do the work, we will teach you the rest.
